When long term stress becomes chronic, it results in high level of cortisol and other corticosteroids circulating in the blood for a long period of time. Breathing deep and meditation helps reducing stress. Insomnia, like stress can enhance the levels of cortisol. So, the best way to improve your immunity is to get at least 6 hours of daily sleep.
