Ayurvedic Remedies for Varicose veins
In this condition, the superficial veins, usually of the legs, first become these. Though they can be felt at this point, they are not visible until they become distended, elongated, and tortuous. Usually, defective or weak valves associated with postural strain obstruct venous blood flow. Often, this condition runs in families. Constipation, irregularity, and jobs with continuous standing are the main causes, but varicose veins can also be due to press in the abdomen, for example, with pregnancy. In pregnancy, however, the varicosity is often temporary.
Early on, there are no complaints and the person often consults the doctor for cosmetic purposes only. However, as the varicosity increases, standing for long periods of time may become painful and the affected leg feels heavy. The degree of varicosity does not necessarily determine the symptoms. What appears to be a mild case might result in more severe symptoms than varicose veins that look severe.

Over time, increase the number of repetitions. Receiving massage while holding inverted positions is particularly beneficial.
