- Drink Barley water, Lemon water, Buttermilk ,Coconut water , Pumpkin soup, Sweet lime juice (not in excess)
- Consume sugarcane- Mix green cardamom with a little sugarcane juice, Drink twice a day empty stomach.Take Tulsi seeds with sugarcane and milk.You can also take Take Cumin seeds, sugarcane, and honey.
- Take some watermelon ,preferably eat the fruit.
- Include amla powder in food
Dos and Don’ts for Kidney Stones
-- Drink enough water. Eat fruits with high water content-- Urinate on time
-- Cleanse the bowel by drinking warm water early in the morning
-- Regularly practice yoga poses, meditation, pranayama.
-- Avoid liquor consumption, aerated drinks.
-- Avoid holding the urges.
-- Avoid tomatoes, brinjal, chikku, too many bananas, dairy products, maida food.
-- Avoid sedentary lifestyle / too much exercise.
