AMALAKI

Amalaki        Indian gooseberry, also called Amlaki, has been treasured in India for over 5,000 years for its restorative and balancing influences on the body. The Amlaki fruit is rich in Vitamin C, bioflavonoids, flavones, polyphenols and carotenoids.

It is the richest natural source of vitamin 'C'. The amount of vitamin 'C' in Amalaki is four times more than it is in oranges and eight times more than it is in tomatoes. It is so rich that the vitamin doesn't get destroyed whether you burn or dry it. And we all know how necessary vitamin 'C' is for our system. Besides keeping the system clean of the various germs, it provides resistance power to the body.
